 Vegetables in Olive Oil was the Traditional Tuscan method of preserving Vegetables during the Winter, and has now become a popular Antipasto. Our vegetables are given to Lucia at a nearby farm who then preserves them in her Traditional Tuscan-way. Vegetables in Olive Oil are best served with Salami and Cheeses as a starter.
