Sergio Michele makes the finest Sienese Pastries, Cakes and Biscuits.

For eighty years the Michele Family have been baking in their small Pasticceria and Sergio has continued the tradition.

He uses only the same traditional recipes that have been passed down through the family.

He is especially well-known for his Panforte and Cantucci made only from natural ingredients and fresh organic eggs from Casa Nuova di Barontoli.
